Liquid Gold Dressing

This creamy dressing is packed with omega-3 fatty acids and B vitamins... plus it's very tasty!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup flax seed oil
  • ½ cup water
  • ⅓ cup lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons balsamic or raspberry vinegar
  • 2½ Tablespoons liquid aminos or tamari soy sauce
  • ½ cup nutritional yeast powder or flakes
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin, optional

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Dressing can be kept refrigerated for 2 weeks in a jar with a lid.

Perfect salad dressing!

I've been making this dressing for several months with the exception of adding about 1 teaspoon of agave nectar. It's delicious on salad or steamed vegetables. So if I don't have it on salad for lunch, I have it on vegetables for dinner-or sometimes both!
